What exactly is the "Island Tour"?

It's my signature Wednesday: we chain together Sol y Mar Beach Club in the morning (with optional boat snorkeling), lunch at the Roatan Island Brewery (local craft beers), a visit to the Daniel Johnson Monkey & Sloth Hangout (sloths, monkeys, parrots), and we finish at a private-island beach club near Little French Key for snorkeling straight from shore. All with a trilingual guide (English, French or Spanish), in a small group, transport included.

I don't drink beer. Is this still for me?

Absolutely! The microbrewery is ONE of the 4 stops — you can skip the beers and just enjoy the lunch, the shade break and the atmosphere. The day is built so EVERYONE has a great time, no matter what you drink (or don't).

I don't snorkel. Is this for me?

Yes. Snorkeling at Sol y Mar is OPTIONAL and done by boat, so you can stay on the beach. At the final beach club it's snorkeling from the shore — again, your call. Plenty of my guests come JUST for the combo of beaches + animals + atmosphere.

How long does the day last?

5 to 6 hours from start to finish — short enough not to wear you out, long enough to really experience all 4 stops.

Where do you leave from? Do you pick me up at my hotel?

I pick you up at your hotel or your Airbnb (West Bay, West End, Sandy Bay, French Harbour). For cruise passengers, I come right to the pier at Mahogany Bay or Coxen Hole. Just tell me your pickup spot in the form.

When do the departures run?

Every Wednesday as a regular group. On request for other days (private excursion, different rate — just message me).

Can I combine it with a hotel stay?

Four things: (1) round-trip air-conditioned transport between the 4 stops, (2) your trilingual guide (me) all day, in English, French or Spanish, (3) admission to the animal park (Eco Park), and (4) admission to the beach club. What's NOT included: the optional boat snorkeling at Sol y Mar, and your lunch + beers at the microbrewery (you pay on site for whatever you order).

The Roatán microbrewery tour: you wake up in your villa, I come pick you up, and in 5 to 6 hours you experience the 4 faces of the island — a signature beach at Sol y Mar, a lunch-and-beers stop at the Roatan Island Brewery, a sloth sanctuary at the Eco Park, and a private-island beach club — with none of the logistics to figure out.

I built this day so it works for everyone. Craft-beer lovers leave with their flight tasted and their heart full. Non-drinkers enjoy the restaurant break and the animals. Snorkelers get their 2 spots. Everyone else gets their 2 paradise beaches. Everybody wins.

1️⃣ Sol y Mar Beach Club — the beach morning

We ease in at one of the prettiest beach clubs on Roatán. You’ve got the beach, the sea, the loungers. Want to push the adventure a little further? Snorkeling by boat out to the best spots nearby (optional, payable on site).

2️⃣ Roatan Island Brewery — the local lunch

The Roatan Island Brewery: the only true craft microbrewery on the island. We have lunch on site in a rustic-tropical setting — wood, sand, palm trees — and you can taste a flight of local beers: tropical IPA, blonde, coffee stout. Food and drinks payable on site (you decide what you eat and drink).

3️⃣ Daniel Johnson Monkey & Sloth Hangout — sloths, monkeys and parrots

Roatán’s most-loved animal sanctuary. You’ll get to meet a sloth (yes, up close!), feed capuchin monkeys and watch the gorgeous parrots. For photos, it’s pure gold. For kids (and grown-ups), it’s magic.

4️⃣ Private-island beach club near Little French Key — the finale

We wrap up at a private beach club on a small island next to Little French Key. White sand, crystal-clear water, and snorkeling straight from the shore — no boat needed, you just slip on your fins and go. The sunset here is the stop that makes you say, “OK, that was worth the whole day.”
