What you should know about the all-inclusive plan (honesty first!)

At Roatán Québécois, we’d rather tell you the real deal so there are no bad surprises. The Henry Morgan is a well-established 3.5★ hotel.

• Accommodation: the rooms and bungalows are comfortable and clean, but they have a classic tropical look. If you’re after an ultra-modern, luxurious 5★ design, this may not be the best fit for you (look instead at the Kimpton Grand or Infinity Bay). And for a quieter stay away from the buzz of West Bay, check out the Media Luna, now Sol by Meliá, on the east side.
• Dining: the buffets serve honest local food (chicken, fresh fish, rice and beans, fried plantains). The variety is a little more limited than at the mega-resorts in Mexico, but the dishes are tasty.
• Service: the local team is incredibly kind. While the island’s official languages are Spanish and English, the staff are well used to welcoming travelers from Quebec.

Direct flights and packages from Canada

For the 2026-2027 winter season, you’ve got several great ways to reach the Henry Morgan:

1. Sunwing packages: this is the most direct option. Sunwing runs regular charter flights from Montreal (YUL), Quebec City (YQB) and Toronto (YYZ) straight to Roatán, including the all-inclusive hotel and airport transfers.

2. Air Canada direct flights: big news this season — Air Canada now offers direct flights from Montreal and Toronto to Roatán. You can book your flight on its own and ask me to arrange your accommodation and ground transportation.
